| Members of Avondale Golf Club,We are thrilled to announce the hiring of our next Head Chef, Mr. James Seidler. James brings with him a wealth of expertise and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. He started his culinary journey at 14 as a dishwasher, instantly falling in love with the art of creating food. With a background in upscale gastro pubs, Chef James is eager to introduce an innovative menu that will elevate our dining experience to new heights.James’s most recent tenure was at Westwood Brewing Co. in Rathdrum, ID, where he spent over two years as their Executive Chef, crafting a variety of dishes for which he is well-known. Prior to Westwood, James spent time at the White House Grill in Post Falls, ID. James will begin the next chapter of his career here at Avondale the week of September 2nd. |
